  1. Are my FREE MINUTES rewards applied in real time to my account balance?
    Your FREE MINUTES reward will be credited toward your account almost immediately after you've surpassed the $100 spend threshold. You should receive a text message notifying you that your FREE MINUTES have been credited to your account within 20 minutes of your shopping experience.

  2. Can I earn FREE MINUTES by shopping at multiple store banners owned by the Kroger Company?
    Yes. The FREE MINUTES rewards program is available at most of the Kroger family of store locations. FREE MINUTES is currently not available in Food4Less retail locations.
  3. Can my FREE MINUTES reward be used to send text messages?
    Minutes earned under the Free Minutes rewards program may be used for inbound or outbound texting and peak and off-peak voice service. However, these minutes may not be used to send or receive multi-media messages, download games or ringtones.
  4. Do I have to choose between my Fuel Rewards and the FREE MINUTES program, or can I use both?
    No. The FREE MINUTES program is incremental to the existing Fuel Rewards program. You can enjoy both benefits when you shop at the Kroger family of store locations.
  5. Do I need to be an i-wireless subscriber or can I get FREE MINUTES applied toward any wireless providers' service?
    The FREE MINUTES rewards program is exclusively available to Kroger i-wireless subscribers and may not be applied to other wireless providers' service. You must have a Kroger i-wireless phone to participate in the FREE MINUTES rewards program.
  6. How can I track how much I've spent at participating Kroger family of store locations to qualify for my next FREE MINUTES reward?
    You can track your spending by calling 611 directly from your i-wireless phone or by viewing your account details online at www.iwirelesshome.com. i-wireless will notify you via text message when you've reached the $100 threshold your FREE MINUTES rewards have been applied to your account.
  7. How do I register to earn FREE MINUTES?
    Registering for the FREE MINUTES program is easy. First, you must purchase an i-wireless phone from any of the Kroger family of stores retail locations or online at www.iwirelesshome.com. Second, you'll need to link your Shopper's Card number or your Alternate ID to your i-wireless phone number by calling 611 from your i-wireless phone. Third, you'll need to shop at any of the participating Kroger family of store locations. For every $100 you spend in qualifying purchases, you'll receive a FREE MINUTES reward applied to your account.
  8. How will I know when my FREE MINUTES have been added to my account?
    You will be notified via text message that your FREE MINUTES have been added to your account and provided with your new account balance.
  9. How will my FREE MINUTES reward be applied if I subscribe to an Unlimited Plan?

    i-wireless customers on a plan with unlimited minutes will receive a $1 credit to their account for every $100 spent in-store.

    All other plans receive 20 FREE MINUTES for every $100 spent in-store.

  10. If I have more than one i-wireless phone in my household, can I apply my FREE MINUTES reward to multiple phones?
    Not at this time. You may link up to 2 different Shopper's Card or Alternate ID numbers in your household to a single i-wireless phone number, but you cannot link multiple i-wireless phone numbers to a single Shopper's Card or Alternate ID number.
  11. Is there a limit on how many FREE MINUTES I can earn?
    Yes. FREE MINUTES are earned for spending in multiples of $100. A customer on a monthly rate plan may not exceed earning more than 1,000 FREE MINUTES in a 30-day period. Each time your accumulated purchases surpass the $100 threshold, your balance will reset to zero and any new purchases will qualify toward your new accumulated purchases balance. Customers that subscribe to a monthly plan or the 10 Cent Anytime Plan may not carry over more than 1,500 minutes from month to month. Customers that subscribe to the Basic Plan may not exceed the 100 minute cap at any given time.
  12. Is there a special promotion for i-wireless customers that use their 1-2-3 Rewards Mastercard to sign up for monthly credit card billing?
    Yes! Any i-wireless user that signs up for monthly credit card billing using their 1-2-3 Rewards Mastercard and registers for the FREE MINUTES rewards program will receive 30 FREE MINUTES for every $100 they spend in store.
  13. What is the FREE MINUTES rewards program?
    FREE MINUTES is a loyalty program that rewards i-wireless customers with free wireless service when they use their shopper's card at participating Kroger family of store locations. For every $100 a customer spends in qualifying purchases, they will earn a FREE MINUTES reward.
  14. What items count toward my $100 spend threshold?
    Qualified purchases for FREE MINUTES rewards do not include payments for taxes, office services, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, tickets, Western Union, Green Dot cards, MoneyPak, Kroger Gift Cards, prescriptions and any purchases prohibited by law.
  15. When do my FREE MINUTES expire?
    As long as your i-wireless account remains active, your FREE MINUTES will never expire. If you subscribe to a monthly planor the 10 Cent Anytime Plan you may carry over a maximum of 1,000 FREE MINUTES from month to month. If you subscribe to the Basic Plan, you may carry over a maximum of 100 minutes from month to month.
  16. Will my unused minutes carry over from month to month?
    i-wireless customers that subscribe to a monthly plan or the 10 Cent Anytime Plan may not accumulate more than a total of 1,500 unused minutes and/or FREE MINUTES at any time. If a customer has reached the unused minute cap, additional FREE MINUTES will not be awarded until the subscriber falls below the 1,500 minute limit. At the end of each month, any unused minutes and/or FREE MINUTES over the 1,500 minute limit will not carry forward. To carry forward unused minutes and/or FREE MINUTES, you must maintain an active account status or any unused and/or FREE MINUTES will be lost. i-wireless customers that subscribe to the Basic Plan may not accumulate more than 100 unused minutes and/or FREE MINUTES at any time and any minutes earned under the FREE MINUTES program shall be consumed first. If a Basic Plan subscriber has reached the unused minute cap, additional FREE MINUTES will not be awarded until the subscriber falls below the 100 minute limit. FREE MINUTE rewards may not be earned if the qualifying account is past its Balance Expiry Date.
